CAN I EMAIL OVER THE WEEKEND?
As it's bank holiday weekend the Boho Locs team won't be back in Office until Tuesday 27th at 10am GMT! We advise emailing about any questions or issues on Tuesday as nobody will be in the office to reply!
CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS IF THEY'RE NOT QUITE RIGHT? 🎁
We are happy to exchange your locs within 28 days of the date you received your locs. You can exchange any new, unopened, unused Boho Locs. Locs must be returned in the same condition you received them in.
We don’t offer refunds on our products but we will happily exchange any new, unused and unopened extensions.
